How to Return an Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly sized, or does not match the product description or images, you may return it to the following address:

At Raumateeca, we strive to ensure your return and refund experience is easy and hassle-free.
Return Guidelines
– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
– For other eligible returns or exchanges, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. You may initiate a return via our website or through email.
– Please note: Personalized, custom-made, and final-sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
For defective items reported after the 30-day window, repair or replacement options may be provided instead of a refund.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of making the purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if production has already started.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or financial institution.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us at contact.raumateeca@gmail.com, then send your product to:

Gift Returns
If you received the item as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned product. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please include your original invoice and ensure all items are securely packaged. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund or exchange.
