Raumateeca operates an online marketplace that allows users to design, create, and sell their own custom T-shirts and merchandise.
We strictly prohibit the posting or sale of any products that violate the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any form of legally protected material.
If you believe a user on Raumateeca has infringed on your intellectual property, please follow the reporting steps outlined below.
A. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
- Raumateeca will respond promptly and appropriately once we receive a valid notice claiming potential infringement. This may involve removing or restricting access to the identified content (“Content”).
- Users who repeatedly or seriously violate intellectual property laws may face permanent account suspension.
If you believe material on Raumateeca infringes on your rights, please submit a formal infringement report containing:- A thorough description of the copyrighted or protected work, along with any registration or identification numbers (if available).
- Details about the infringing content, including:
a) An explanation of how the content violates your rights.
b) The exact URL and specific location of the content on Raumateeca. - Your full contact information: name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury declaring that the use of your protected work is not authorized by you, your representative, or the law.
- A declaration confirming the accuracy of your report and affirming that you are the rights owner or legally permitted to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. What Happens After an Infringement Notice Is Submitted
- Raumateeca will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.
- The user who uploaded or listed the material will be notified of the action taken.
- Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property laws may be suspended or permanently banned.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or that you are legally permitted to use the material, you can file a counter-notice including:
- A clear description of the removed content and its former location on Raumateeca.
- A statement under penalty of perjury asserting that the removal was due to an error or misidentification.
- Your full contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A declaration agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your region, or if you are outside the U.S., the jurisdiction in which Raumateeca operates.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If your counter-notice is valid, Raumateeca may forward it to the original complainant. Unless they initiate legal action, the removed content may be reinstated within 10–14 business days.
Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly files a false infringement claim may be held liable for damages, including legal fees and associated costs.
